Job Description & Summary

About the role:

We're looking for an experienced Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager to lead and evolve the firm's social media presence and internal influencer strategy. Working closely with Digital Marketing and Corporate Affairs, you'll be responsible for shaping social media strategy, managing social operations, leading a Senior Associate, and developing a high-impact thought leadership and influencer programme. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive innovation across social channels, influence senior stakeholders, and build a scalable influencer framework that elevates the firm's brand and reputation. Combining strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, you'll play a pivotal role in how the firm engages audiences across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram and emerging platforms.

What your days will look like:

  • Developing and delivering the firm's social media and influencer marketing strategy.
  • Managing and coaching a Social Media Senior Associate, supporting performance and development.
  • Leading the internal influencer programme, identifying and nurturing thought leaders across the business.
  • Partnering with Marketing, Corporate Affairs and business stakeholders to support key campaigns and activations.
  • Analysing performance data and campaign metrics to optimise content, engagement and investment.
  • Overseeing social media operations, including inbound requests, workload prioritisation, governance and best practice.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
