Social Media & Content Intern — GrowChi (Remote, Part-Time)

GrowChi is like a Tamagotchi for your health and wellbeing. We're an AI wellbeing companion on a mission to make being healthy fun, and we're gearing up for launch.

We're looking for someone with a genuine interest in health and fitness apps, and in gaming, to help us build GrowChi's social presence from the ground up, right through launch and into our early growth phase.

What you'll be doing:

  • Helping shape and execute our social media strategy across Instagram and TikTok
  • Developing content ideas and formats that show off what makes GrowChi different
  • Supporting day-to-day posting, scheduling, and community engagement
  • Working closely with our founder to turn real product moments into content people actually want to share
  • Driving real growth in Chi Core downloads and Chi Pulse subscriptions, not just views and likes

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Comfortable with short-form video platforms (TikTok/Instagram Reels) as a user, ideally as a creator too
  • Self-starter energy, this is a small, fast-moving startup, and you'll have real input, not just admin
  • Based in the UK (role is fully remote)
