Social Media Intern — Gen Z Collab Space

Location: London (remote-first, with occasional in-person meetups)
Compensation: This role is unpaid for now. As an early-stage startup, we plan to move roles like this to paid as we continue to grow

About Us

Gen Z Collab Space is a London-based network for Gen Z in a transition period — working an unfulfilling job, starting a business, or looking to change careers but not sure where to start or who to talk to about it. We bring these people together to collaborate and help each other achieve their goals. We've run a number of networking events and recently kicked off a weekly run club, and we're growing fast — with a wider mix of event formats on the way.

We're a small, fast-moving team that works mostly remote, with occasional face-to-face meetups at our co-working space at the National Theatre. If you want real ownership over a brand's voice — not busywork — this is that internship.

The Role

We're looking for a Social Media Intern to take ownership of our LinkedIn and Instagram — planning and creating content that doesn't just grow our following, but turns into real inbound interest: event sign-ups, new members, and people reaching out to get involved. You'll work closely with our founder, with full creative control over what we post and how we grow.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
