The Role

We're seeking a dynamic Social Media Lead to oversee and drive performance across our social media channels. This role combines creative strategy with data-driven optimization to build engaged communities around property, homeownership, and the future of real estate.

You'll be responsible for managing our presence on Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and YouTube, creating platform-specific content strategies that resonate with both property buyers and sellers, estate agents, and industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day posting and scheduling across all social platforms with platform-specific optimization
  • Develop and execute content strategies that drive engagement, growth, and brand awareness
  • Monitor property market trends, news, and viral moments for reactive content opportunities
  • Utilize analytics tools to track performance and optimize content strategy
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to showcase new features and user stories
  • Build and engage with our community of homebuyers, sellers, and property professionals
  • Track and report on growth and engagement KPIs across all channels
  • Stay ahead of platform updates, new features, and emerging social media trends
  • Create compelling visual and written content that tells the Chainwright story

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience leading social media strategy and execution, ideally for a tech or proptech brand
  • Demonstrated success in growing social media audiences and driving engagement
  • Deep understanding of platform algorithms, best practices, and emerging trends
  • Experience with social media analytics tools and data-driven decision making
  • Strong storytelling abilities with excellent written and visual communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt quickly to change
  • Creative mindset with the ability to spot trends and create viral-worthy content
  • Passion for property, technology, or both
  • Self-starter who can work independently and take initiative
