About Us 🥇

At Winnrz UK, we’re redefining retail with our “Shop & Win” experience — turning everyday shopping into exciting moments where customers have the chance to win 🎉. Backed by Idealz Holding, a global leader in the retail-rewards space with a presence across 4 continents and over £85 million in prizes awarded, Winnrz is building a bold, disruptive brand for the UK market. We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just manage social media — we’re looking for someone who wants to make waves.

Role Description 📝

As Social Media Lead, you will be the driving force behind Winnrz’s social presence across every major platform. This is a senior individual contributor role. We’re looking for someone who can think it, believe it, build it, execute it, measure it, and make it happen — end to end. You’ll own the strategy and execution across our social channels, while working closely with Creative, Marketing, Performance, CRM, Product, and Commercial teams. We want someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves and go above and beyond — someone who can spot an opportunity on TikTok in the morning, turn it into a concept, get creators involved, produce the content, activate UGC, amplify it through PR and influencers, publish it, measure it, and immediately figure out what to do next. You’ll have the autonomy to experiment, challenge conventional thinking, create new formats, and build a social presence that gets people talking. This is a role for a builder, not a coordinator.

What You’ll Be Doing ✅

  • Own the end-to-end social media strategy and execution for Winnrz across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, and emerging platforms.
  • Build a social strategy that drives brand awareness, cultural relevance, engagement, community, and commercial growth.
  • Be hands-on in developing and publishing content — from idea and scripting through to production, posting, optimisation, and reporting.
  • Create social-first content formats, franchises, series, and recurring concepts that audiences want to follow.
  • Identify trends, memes, cultural moments, creators, conversations, and emerging formats and move quickly to turn them into Winnrz opportunities.
  • Build and activate UGC strategies that turn customers and creators into storytellers for the brand.
  • Develop and manage influencer and creator partnerships, identifying talent that can authentically extend Winnrz's reach and relevance.
  • Work on PR to create social moments that generate earned media, conversation, and brand visibility.
  • Develop content designed to stop the scroll, drive conversation, encourage sharing, and build community.
  • Own the social content calendar while remaining agile enough to react to culture and trends in real time.
  • Analyse content and channel performance and use data to continuously improve the strategy and execution.
  • Build a clear understanding of what works, why it works, and how to scale it.
  • Establish social measurement frameworks across reach, engagement, audience growth, content performance, community, and commercial impact.
  • Continuously experiment with new platforms, formats, creators, technologies, and storytelling approaches.
  • Be the voice of social and culture within the organisation, bringing audience insights and emerging trends into wider marketing conversations.
  • Take complete ownership of getting ideas from concept → execution → amplification → measurement → optimisation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
