Social Media Lead and Women’s Boutique Sales
Are you obsessed with women's fashion, natural in front of the camera, and looking for a retail role where you can help people look their best?
Fleet-Plummer is looking for a dynamic Boutique Sales and Social Media Lead. This role has a true dual focus: you will be the online face of our women's boutique and gift departments, while also helping our customers find the perfect style and fit when they visit.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and Star in Our Social Media: You will lead our social media initiatives in these departments. Your focus here will be trying on new women's clothing arrivals, styling outfits, and starring in engaging videos for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to showcase our merchandise.
- Drive Retail Sales: You will be a dedicated presence on the sales floor. You will connect with people, act as an in-store personal stylist, and confidently guide them to purchases they will love.
- Showcase Trends & Provide Creative Input: Your creative output revolves around paying close attention to current styles and trends, and bringing them to life through the online content you create. You will be encouraged to recommend new brands and styles to our buying team based on what is trending and what our customers are asking for.
- Master Our Products: Reach a level of mastery regarding product knowledge across our women's apparel, jewelry, gifts, and seasonal Christmas items.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
