Social Lead - SaaS
London (Hybrid)
£50,000
Social is one of the biggest growth opportunities sitting in front of a founder-led health and fitness business we're working with right now, and they need someone who actually wants to own it, video-first content, community, creators, the lot.
You'd be stepping into a growing marketing team, reporting to the Head of Marketing, with proper freedom to shape what social becomes here rather than inheriting someone else's calendar and colour palette.

What you'll be doing:
- Owning social strategy end to end, with a video-first approach across platforms
- Building and managing community, engaging directly with our audience
- Sourcing and running creator and UGC partnerships that extend our reach
- Managing both organic and paid social, with real accountability for reach and engagement
- Working closely with organic, brand and CRM to keep everything joined up

What we're looking for:
- Proven experience owning social strategy in a fast-paced, growth focused environment (SaaS, marketplace or subscription background a big plus)
- Confident managing organic and paid social, including budget
- Genuine creator and influencer relationship experience, not just posting content
- Someone who wants to build, not just maintain, and who's excited by a founder-led environment where things move quickly.
