About Us
Founded in Dubai only 4 short years ago, and we're already growing internationally. Humantra is a global wellness brand on a mission to help people achieve optimal hydration and unlock their best daily performance.
We believe hydration is the most overlooked foundation of health, energy, and mental clarity. Our electrolyte solutions are designed to support modern lifestyles — whether that's training, travelling, working, or simply getting through a busy day.
The Opportunity
Humantra is seeking an experienced Social Media Lead for a high-impact, 6/8 month fixed-term contract. While the Social Content Manager maintains the core "operational engine" and publishing cadence, this senior role is strictly focused on the strategic planning and growth of the function. The goal is to build a "best-in-class" social ecosystem and mentor our internal talent to drive this long-term.
What You'll Own
Core Strategic Objectives
- Strategic Architecture: Alongside the Social Content Manager, build and own the overarching mission, 2026 social strategy, tone of voice, visual identity
- Audience Expansion: Execute the strategy for new audience acquisition, implement an A/B testing framework (hooks, formats etc.) to significantly improve watch time and retention.
- Advanced Insights: Establish advanced social listening (SOV) and sentiment reporting that directly influences social strategy to best achieve Humantra's business goals.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
