About Moneybox

At Moneybox, our mission is to give everyone the means to get more out of life. We're guided by our belief that wealth isn't about the money, it's about the means to more - more freedom, opportunities, possibilities, and peace of mind. Moneybox is an award-winning wealth management platform, helping over one and a half million people build wealth throughout their lives, whether they’re saving and investing, buying their first home, or planning for retirement.

Job Brief

As we build on our success and continue to scale our growth, we're creating a new senior role within the Marketing team - Social Media Lead - to take our social media presence to a whole new level. You’ll own our social strategy and content engine end to end, growing social into a true engagement and brand lever for Moneybox.

With a dedicated test-and-learn budget and a clear mandate from senior leadership, you'll take full ownership of our presence across social channels, building an ambitious strategy, proving out new formats and partnerships, create best-in-class content, and shaping how 1.9 million Moneybox customers - and many more prospective ones - experience our brand on the channels they use every day.

Reporting to the Head of Content & Customer Communications, and working closely with Brand, Paid Media, PR, Public Affairs, Product, CRM and Commercial teams, you'll be a strategic partner across the business.

What You'll Do

As Social Media Lead, your role will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

  • Own and develop Moneybox's long-term social media strategy, with a focus across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and Reddit.
  • Lead social-first content creation - distinct from, but closely aligned with, our CRM and in-app content - to engage existing customers and reach new audiences.
  • Build and run Moneybox's influencer, creator and talent partnership pipeline, targeting audiences with precision rather than blanket spend.
  • Design and defend social experiments with robust measurement, ensuring results are actionable and can be scaled with confidence.
  • Own a dedicated test-and-learn budget, using data to prioritise the highest-impact opportunities across channels, formats and partnerships.
  • Manage internal creative studio stakeholders as well as external agency support to deliver seamless project management and scale content creation.
  • Represent social in cross-functional planning, working closely with Brand, Paid Media, PR, Public Affairs, CRM, Commercial and Content teams to ensure alignment, consistent GTM strategies and maximise impact.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Moneybox's customer segments, and use this to shape channel and content strategy.
  • Champion social media best practice and innovation across the wider business, coaching and supporting other team members as the function grows.
  • Integrate AI tools and efficiencies to improve content production and team productivity.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders internally and externally, acting as a strategic partner and influencer across the Marketing department.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
