The opportunity to join a fast-growing Instagram led aspirational womenswear brand. Focused on creating timeless outerwear and elevated fashion pieces. We are looking for a highly creative and ambitious Social Media & Community Manager to help grow the brands online presence and build a strong community.
Open to junior candidates with 1 year experience supporting a socially led fashion brand or exceptional entry-level candidates with the right aesthetic in their own personal Instagram.
The ideal portfolio should demonstrate a polished, sophisticated, minimalist, clean, visually considered editorial approach to content – think premium/high end fashion magazine. We’re looking for someone with an instinct for refined composition, understated luxury and timeless, beautifully crafted imagery.
The Role
Responsible for planning, creating and managing content across all social media platforms, while helping shape the public image of the brand. This is a hands-on role that requires creativity, organisation and a strong understanding of luxury fashion and social media trends.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
