Location: London

Overview

This is a key hire within the marketing team, responsible for leading and executing the brand’s social media strategy across multiple platforms. You will take ownership of content, campaigns, and community engagement, helping to shape the brand’s digital voice and build a highly engaged online audience. This role blends creativity with data-driven thinking, offering the opportunity to make a tangible impact in a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand and marketing objectives.
  • Create, curate, and manage high-quality content across all social platforms, including graphics, video, and copy.
  • Plan and execute paid social campaigns, managing budgets, targeting, and performance optimisation.
  • Monitor trends, competitor activity, and audience insights to inform content and campaign direction.
  • Manage day-to-day community engagement, responding to comments and messages to build strong relationships.
  • Analyse performance metrics and deliver actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with the wider marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and integrated campaigns.
  • Identify and leverage user-generated content to enhance authenticity and engagement.

  • Experienced in a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong track record of successful campaigns.
  • Confident developing and executing strategies across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more.
  • Skilled in social media tools, analytics platforms, and performance tracking.
  • Creatively driven, with experience using design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Knowledgeable in paid social advertising and best practices for creative and targeting.
  • A strong communicator with excellent written skills and attention to detail.
  • Commercially aware, with experience managing budgets and measuring ROI against KPIs.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
  • Strategic in mindset, with the ability to plan and execute effectively.
