About The Role

As a leader in social media strategy for original content, you will be at the heart of building word-of-mouth, sparking conversations, and cultivating deep fandoms for our brand, content, and talent. You will leverage your profound understanding of internet culture and your creative storytelling prowess to connect with audiences, transforming viewers into devoted fans and amplifying the reach of our captivating programming.

What You’ll Do

  • Own social strategy and creative development for a diverse range of original programming, including drama, comedy, unscripted series, and films.
  • Develop audience-first frameworks, defining target audiences, guiding social creative direction, and identifying owned, earned, and paid distribution opportunities.
  • Independently lead campaigns from brief through execution, bringing strategic and creative ownership to every stage.
  • Take calculated risks and make critical decisions to push high-impact work forward.
  • Drive the launch of key marketing assets across social platforms, ensuring every moment is executed with intention and creative excellence.
  • Identify and integrate talent, creator, and partner opportunities into campaign development and execution.
  • Develop, concept, adapt, and lead content capture initiatives to drive word-of-mouth and deepen fan connection to our programming.
  • Manage the full suite of content supporting each title across the planned social ecosystem for the entire campaign duration.
  • Innovate at every level of execution, from platform strategy to individual asset creation, finding novel and thoughtful approaches.
  • Implement complex, highly creative social initiatives, providing comprehensive analysis and clear recommendations.
  • Utilize internal and external social analytics to continuously inform strategy and iterate on creativity and innovation.
  • Develop and report against clear KPIs and success metrics that directly connect social activity to business goals.
  • Proactively monitor platform evolution, competitor activity, and cultural conversations, presenting informed points of view on optimization and opportunities.
  • Anticipate potential issues and proactively bring solutions without being prompted.
  • Serve as the social authority within cross-functional title teams, contributing a sharp, informed social perspective to planning and creative decisions.
  • Manage social campaign and creative strategy across internal and external creative partners and agencies, providing clear guidance, evaluation, and redirection.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams across the business to educate, integrate, and embed social thinking into all marketing efforts.
  • Pitch and build work with conviction, confidence, and humility, ensuring cross-functional alignment.
  • Partner with central teams to ensure alignment with company-wide best practices and policies.
  • Network with senior internal and external peers, talent, and filmmakers, building relationships that foster better work.
  • Embody and reinforce our company’s values and a collaborative mindset in all interactions.
  • Foster strong, productive peer relationships and actively contribute to a positive, ambitious team culture.
  • Contribute to a culture of feedback, seeking input on your performance and proactively sharing feedback with others.
  • Demonstrate a team-first mindset, prioritizing business goals and collective success over personal recognition.
  • Ensure brand consistency in marketing, messaging, and creative across all internal and external partners.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
