What difference will you make?
Givto is designed to revolutionise the way people engage with and give to charities. As our Social Media Lead, you’ll be the voice that connects us with supporters and inspires action. Every new follower you attract could go on to support a small charity they never would have found otherwise.
What's in it for you?
- You’ll work closely with our Marketing Director and a supportive, friendly volunteer team.
- You’ll gain hands-on experience in the nonprofit and tech-for-good space, shape a national platform from the ground up, and help build a brand that brings joy, generosity, and purpose to people’s everyday lives.
- All while working remotely—and having fun along the way.
What are we looking for?
Must have
- 5+ years of experience in social media, extra points if it is with a charity, startup, or socially driven brand.
- Demonstrated ability to grow social channels, build engaged communities, and develop successful content strategies.
- Hands on experience with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other social media tools.
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills, with a keen eye for visuals and tone.
- Comfortable using analytics tools and turning insights into action.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
