About Us
Some charities have huge budgets, celebrity ambassadors and billboard campaigns. They do brilliant, vital work.
But there are others quietly changing lives in church halls, community centres, tiny offices and borrowed spaces, powered by overstretched teams, stubborn optimism and powered by an industrial quantity of tea bags.
Those are the organisations we're here for.
Givto, our online donation service, is looking for a passionate Social Media Lead to help us build a national online community around grassroots giving. We help people discover and support smaller charities across the UK, shining a light on causes that deserve far more visibility than they get.

Iโm in my final year doing Economics and I donโt know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer โ it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donโt need a masters. Letโs look at the ones youโd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet โ that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
