Social Media & LinkedIn Engagement Intern — Remote

Romega Solutions is looking for a smart, curious, and highly proactive Social Media & LinkedIn Engagement Intern to help us build our presence and relationships across LinkedIn.

This is not a role where you simply post graphics and count likes. We are building a LinkedIn engagement system designed to turn great industry conversations into relationships, followers, leads, introductions, and eventually business opportunities.

What You’ll Do

You will manage the Romega LinkedIn Comment Machine, including:

  • Research relevant LinkedIn conversations every day
  • Identify posts from CEOs, founders, sales leaders, analysts, semiconductor executives, AI companies, research firms, and potential Romega clients
  • Draft thoughtful, personalized comments for Romega and our founder
  • Help prepare approximately 3 strong founder-post ideas per week
  • Help manage the Romega Solutions LinkedIn company page
  • Monitor comments and replies and identify conversations worth continuing
  • Research people and companies before we engage with them
  • Identify potential prospects from social-media conversations
  • Coordinate with our sales team when someone becomes a potential lead
  • Track engagement, relevant followers, conversations, DMs, leads, and meetings generated
  • Prepare a simple weekly LinkedIn performance report
  • Use ChatGPT and other AI tools to research and draft faster while keeping the final content authentic and human

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
