Gordon Ramsay Restaurants is the restaurant business of internationally renowned, multi-Michelin starred chef Gordon Ramsay. Gordon Ramsay Restaurants operate a string of successful restaurants and dining destinations globally from Michelin stars to relaxed all-day dining, from the UK and France to Dubai, Singapore, and the United States.

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Social Media Manager to lead social activities across Gordon Ramsay Restaurants. This is a Fixed Term Contract (18 months) based in London.

Reporting to the Head of Social Media, you will be the day-to-day face of marketing in our restaurants—spending 90% of your time on-site collaborating with front- and back-of-house teams to capture authentic, high-impact content.

Responsibilities

  • Ideate, shoot, edit, and publish best-in-class content (video, photo, stories) across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest. Build engagement, leverage trends, and manage daily content calendars
  • Define strategies for different restaurants, audiences, platforms, and stages in the purchase funnel and execute activities to achieve agreed KPIs
  • Act as the main social contact for restaurant teams, conducting workshops and sharing best practices to inspire local content creation
  • Deliver monthly and campaign-level analytics to stakeholders, tracking performance KPIs, competitor activity, and actionable insights
  • Take ownership of social media projects and deliver these through from conception to execution, ensuring that reporting is implemented and insights are delivered
  • Manage paid and organic social distribution, integrate assets into wider marketing channels (email, website), and engage with bloggers and online communities
  • Maintain and tag content libraries for efficient cross-team use

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
