BOOTBUDDY
Social Media Content Creator
Full-time | UK-based | Reports to Head of Growth
The Role
We're on the hunt for a genuine all-rounder to take BootBuddy's content to the next level - someone who can create scroll-stopping short-form video, tell a proper story with it, and isn't precious about getting out and filming activations in the real world rather than just sitting behind a desk.
This is a hands-on, high-output role. You'll be filming, editing, and posting.
What You'll Be Doing
- Creating short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
- Telling real stories with the content, not just showing product
- Getting out and about to film activations, events and real-world content
- Owning the day-to-day posting schedule and staying on top of platform trends, formats and sounds as they move
- Working closely with the Head of Growth on what's working and doubling down on it fast
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
