Want to turn your love of social media into a career?
We’re looking for a creative, confident and organised Social Media Manager to join our growing team. This is a brilliant entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys creating content, taking photos, filming videos and keeping up with the latest social media trends.
You do not need years of experience. We’re looking for someone with the right attitude, plenty of ideas and a genuine interest in building a long-term career in social media and digital marketing. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
What will you be doing?
You’ll manage social media accounts for a varied portfolio of businesses, helping them stay active, professional and engaging online.
Your role will include:
- Visiting client businesses to carry out photoshoots and capture content
- Filming short-form videos, reels, stories and promotional content
- Creating eye-catching posts and graphics using Canva
- Publishing content across Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
- Planning content calendars and scheduling posts through Meta Business Suite
- Speaking with clients to gather content, share ideas and provide updates
- Writing and proofreading captions and promotional content
- Reviewing basic analytics to see what content performs well
- Keeping up with social media trends, formats and platform updates
- Supporting campaigns, promotions and new business launches

You’ll be managing several client accounts at once, so this role would suit someone who enjoys variety, works well under pressure and is comfortable in a busy, fast-moving environment.
No two days will be the same.
What are we looking for?
We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Have lots of creative content ideas
- Enjoy photography, video and social media
- Have strong written English and attention to detail
- Achieved at least a GCSE English grade C or 4
- Feel confident speaking with clients over the phone and in person
- Are organised and able to manage multiple deadlines
- Have experience using Canva and a good eye for design
- Are willing to learn Meta Business Suite and new systems
- Have a positive attitude and want to develop your skills
- Hold a full UK driving licence, as travelling to client photoshoots is an essential part of the role

Experience in social media, marketing, photography or content creation would be an advantage, but it is not essential. Knowledge of Adobe programmes such as Photoshop or Premiere Pro would also be a bonus.
