The Social Media Manager will:
- Monitor performance metrics
- Respond to audience interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to align social media activities with broader marketing and business goals
The role also involves staying updated on platform changes, emerging trends, and competitor activity to continuously improve Levafx’s social media presence.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to plan, execute, and refine campaigns across platforms.
- Ability to develop and implement effective Content Strategy tailored to different audiences and channels.
- Excellent Writing and Communication skills for crafting clear, engaging, and brand-aligned social content.
- Experience using social media analytics tools to track performance, generate insights, and report on key metrics.
- Ability to work on-site in Chandigarh, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Knowledge of basic design principles and familiarity with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe tools) is beneficial.
- Prior experience in a social media or digital marketing role, preferably within an agency or fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
