I’m currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and rapidly growing UK fashion retailer that is looking to appoint an ambitious and experienced Social Media Manager.

This is a genuinely exciting opportunity for someone who wants to build and lead a social media department, shape long-term strategy, and create premium, fashion-led content across multiple platforms. The business has a strong presence within the fashion retail sector and is investing heavily in elevating its social media and brand positioning.

The Opportunity

This is a senior-level role with significant autonomy and influence. You’ll take ownership of the company’s entire social media function, developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

  • Lead and mentor a growing content team
  • Oversee creative production
  • Drive campaign planning
  • Ensure a consistent, premium brand identity across all channels

Working closely with the wider marketing team and in-house creative talent, you’ll play a key role in building a best-in-class social media presence that drives engagement, brand awareness, and commercial growth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
