Location: Alcester/Hybrid

Salary: £45,000 per year

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading our social media strategy across key platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
  • Creating and delivering engaging content that supports brand and campaign objectives
  • Managing community engagement and protecting our brand reputation
  • Using data and audience insights to optimise content and performance
  • Collaborating with marketing, recruitment, and operational teams on key campaigns
  • Managing and developing a direct report
  • Working with content creators and external partners to deliver high-quality social content

  • Proven experience managing social media for a consumer-facing brand
  • Strong content planning and community management experience
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills
  • Experience using social media management and analytics tools
  • A data-driven approach to measuring performance and engagement
  • Strong judgement and confidence managing customer-facing and reputational situations.
