Social Media Manager

Salary: £35,000 - 40,000
Location: London

The Role

You will be the in-house voice and visual storyteller across three accounts, planning, producing, and posting content that reflects the standard of our clinic and the credibility of the MD. This is a hands-on production role — filming, editing, captioning, scripting, scheduling — not just strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee social media for three businesses/accounts, ensuring each has a distinct tone, content pillar structure, and consistent posting cadence.
  • Produce and publish Instagram content across posts, Reels, Stories, and grid carousels for all three accounts.
  • Produce YouTube content for one account, spanning long-form videos and YouTube Shorts — from concept, scripting, and planning to filming, editing, thumbnails, and upload.
  • Write scripts for all YouTube content, from long-form educational and treatment-led videos to punchy Shorts, ensuring clinical accuracy, clarity, and a strong on-camera narrative.
  • Produce TikTok content aligned to trends, sounds, and platform-native formats.
  • Stay on top of the latest social media trends — platform updates, audio trends, format shifts, and emerging content styles — and translate them into relevant, timely content across all three accounts.
  • Attend brand events to shoot content on the ground — capturing behind-the-scenes, partnerships, and live moments.
  • Work closely with the Medical Director and the clinic team to translate treatments, products, and clinic life into engaging, accurate, on-brand content.
  • Manage content calendars, scheduling tools, asset libraries, and community engagement (DMs, comments, tags) where appropriate.
  • Track and report on performance, refining content based on what works.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
