The Role
We're looking for a strategic and creative Social Media Manager to lead Club L London's global social media presence across all key platforms. You'll shape and deliver a stand out social strategy that builds brand awareness, drives engagement and supports commercial growth.
Leading the Social Media team, you'll oversee the planning and execution of premium content, working closely with Creative, Brand, Marketing, Events and E-commerce to bring integrated campaigns to life. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded social leader with a passion for fashion, culture and creating standout content that keeps Club L at the forefront of the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead Club L London's global social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and Pinterest.
- Plan and execute social-first content strategies aligned with campaigns, events and key trading moments.
- Own the social content calendar, ensuring consistent, premium brand-aligned storytelling across all channels.
- Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, Events, & Brand teams to ensure integrated marketing campaigns.
- Lead, mentor and develop the Social Media team, providing clear direction, feedback and support to drive high performance, creativity and professional growth.
- Monitor channel performance, analyse insights and optimise content strategies to drive engagement and growth.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends, platform updates and cultural moments to keep Club L at the forefront of social.

About You
- Proven experience managing social media for a premium fashion, beauty or lifestyle brand.
- A strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and Pinterest.
- Highly strategic, with the ability to translate brand objectives into engaging social campaigns.
- Excellent creative judgement with a strong eye for premium visual content.
- Commercially minded, with experience using performance data to inform creative decisions.
- Passionate about fashion, culture and emerging social trends.
- Exceptional organisation and project management skills.
- Confident working cross-functionally and managing multiple stakeholders.

Desirable
- Experience planning and directing content for international shoots and brand events.
- Experience using social management and reporting platforms such as Agorapulse, Dash Hudson or similar.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing, UGC and creator partnerships.
- Experience briefing photographers, videographers and content creators.
- Confidence presenting insights, strategies and performance updates to senior stakeholders.
