Social Media Manager
London | Hybrid (3 days per week) |
£55,000 - £65,000 DOE
A growing digital business is looking for a creative and commercially-minded Social Media Manager to take ownership of social media across a portfolio of established brands.
This is an opportunity to join a business investing heavily in its marketing function and looking to build a more sophisticated, social-first approach to content and audience engagement.
We're looking for someone who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on content creation and help shape how the business shows up across social channels.
The Opportunity
- You'll own social media activity across multiple brands, developing engaging content that builds awareness, drives engagement and supports wider business growth.
- Working closely with marketing, content and creative teams, you'll have the freedom to introduce new ideas, experiment with formats and play a key role in evolving the organisation's social presence.
- You'll also have access to in-house creative support, allowing you to focus on strategy, planning, content direction and performance.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
