TikTok Shop UK Social Media Manager
TikTok Shop UK is looking for a proactive and creative Social Media Manager to support its owned social media channels and marketing campaigns, on a TPA contract basis. You'll help plan and execute engaging social content, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure campaigns are delivered seamlessly from planning through to launch.
What you will be doing:
- Manage content calendars, publishing schedules and campaign timelines
- Coordinate with Marketing, Creative, Creator, Commercial, Agency and Partner Manager teams to deliver high-quality content on time
- Assist in developing and localising content for campaigns, product launches and seasonal moments
- Monitor performance and prepare reports with actionable insights
- Stay on top of TikTok trends and platform features to spot new content opportunities

What we are looking for:
- 2–5 years in social media, digital marketing, content marketing or a related field
- Native-level English; Mandarin advantageous
- Strong understanding of TikTok and major social media platforms
- Proven experience managing campaigns and coordinating multiple stakeholders
- Excellent project management, organisational and communication skills
- Analytical mindset, comfortable using data to inform content/social strategy
- Experience with creators, agencies or influencer marketing is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace

The details:
- TPA (contract) role, 3–6 months, very likely to be extended
- Flexible working pattern — 10 working days per month, remote or hybrid, 9am–6pm
- Day rate: £170/day, excluding fees
- Target start: by December
- 2-stage interview process
