Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in London. The Social Media Manager will plan, create, and schedule social media content that showcases the Iconic Hotels & Resorts portfolio (including individual hotel channels), drives engagement, and supports brand and commercial objectives. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day social media activity across key platforms, monitoring performance, optimizing campaigns, and responding to community interactions in a timely, brand-aligned manner. The role will collaborate closely with marketing, PR, F&B, and property teams to align social content with campaigns, events, and guest experience initiatives. The Social Media Manager will also track relevant trends, maintain a consistent brand voice, and contribute to reports and insights that inform ongoing strategy.

- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Writing skills, with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences and platforms.
- Candidates should possess experience in Content Strategy, including planning calendars, aligning content with campaigns, and using insights to refine approaches.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with major social platforms, analytics tools, and basic visual content best practices.
- Candidates should possess prior experience in hospitality, travel, or luxury brands, or demonstrate keen interest in these sectors.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple channels and deadlines on-site.
- Candidates should possess relevant education or training in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
