ANANYA is looking for a creative, highly organised and culturally aware Social Media Manager to join the London team.
Social media will sit at the heart of the role, alongside supporting wider marketing, PR, events and brand initiatives. We’re looking for someone with a strong visual eye who is proactive and reactive — able to plan ahead but equally quick to capture and respond to moments as they happen.
The Role
- Own the day-to-day management and content strategy for Instagram, including planning, posting, community management and reporting.
- Launch and grow ANANYA’s TikTok, developing a distinctive approach for the platform.
- Capture reactive, social-first content across the Burlington Arcade store, Dover Street office, shoots, events and appointments.
- Develop monthly content calendars while identifying opportunities, trends and cultural moments in real time.
- Support the wider marketing calendar across launches, partnerships, events and brand initiatives.
- Liaise with PR on celebrity dressing, press coverage, editorial opportunities and marketing initiatives, ensuring key moments are amplified across social.
- Support wider brand projects and activations as required.

Who We’re Looking For
- 4–6 years’ social media experience, ideally within luxury, fashion, jewellery or beauty.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok and what drives organic engagement.
- Excellent visual instincts, copywriting skills and attention to detail.
- Confident creating and editing high-quality social-first content.
- Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working at pace.
- Strong understanding of luxury, fashion, jewellery, celebrity and culture.
- Strong graphic design / iPhone photography experience.
