We are seeking a Social Media Manager to lead the execution of Jellycat’s global social media presence.

This is a high-impact, strategically driven role focused on delivering social-first content. The successful candidate will focus on cultural relevance, engagement, and measurable business outcomes. They will be confident to lead content strategies, interpret data signals, and support creative to deliver character-first narratives.

  • Implement global social media strategy across key platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Pinterest
  • Develop social-first campaigns that connect brand and product requirements
  • Drive integrated earned strategies to maximise reach, engagement, and ROI for activation
  • Identify trends and platform shifts to inform proactive content opportunities

Content Direction & Execution

  • Partner with Creative, PR, and Marketing teams to shape high-impact social storytelling
  • Write and lead briefs for social, suitable for creators, agencies, and internal teams
  • Ensure content is platform-native and adherent to brand tone of voice

Drive Editorial Planning

Data, Insight & Performance

  • Interpret social and audience data to inform content and campaign strategy
  • Demonstrate clear ROI from social campaigns, linking activity to engagement, growth, and commercial outcomes
  • Continuously test, learn, and refine content approaches based on performance data

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Have confidence to navigate a complex, matrixed organization
  • Act as an expert in supporting and aligning with marketing, creative, PR, and DTC teams

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • 6+ years’ experience in social media management or social strategy roles
  • Proven experience within luxury, entertainment, lifestyle, or culturally influential brands
  • Strong expertise across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Pinterest
  • Demonstrated success in building and executing social-first campaigns at scale
  • Strong ability to interpret data, identify performance signals, and translate them into action
  • Experience working in complex, matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong creative judgement combined with commercial awareness and analytical thinking
  • Experience working around live events, activations, launches, or cultural moments
  • Strong understanding of editorial planning and how to optimize workflows
