With 14 wholly owned offices across the US, Europe and APAC, and our Global Talent Hubs in emerging markets, you can build a truly global career in a rapidly scaling organisation that’s shaping the future of marketing.

At Gravity Global, we believe our people are our greatest strength. We’re a collective of creative thinkers, strategic storytellers, and data-driven innovators united by one mission – to deliver exceptional work that makes an impact. We’re growing fast – across continents and disciplines – and we’re looking for passionate individuals who want to make a difference: for our clients, our teams, and the world around us.

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to manage the day-to-day delivery of social media campaigns, ensuring consistent, high-quality execution across multiple client accounts. The Social Media Manager is responsible for planning, publishing, monitoring, and optimising content across platforms, helping to deliver measurable outcomes that align with client objectives and Gravity Global’s social strategy.

This role balances creative thinking, data-driven decision-making, and operational precision. It requires hands-on platform expertise, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to collaboration with internal teams and clients. The role also requires awareness of global trends and the ability to adapt content for diverse international markets.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Planning & Delivery

  • Plan, schedule, and execute content across social channels in line with client goals and campaign strategies.
  • Work with Senior Managers and the Social Media Lead to translate strategies into actionable plans and content calendars.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of client tone, audience, and market trends.
  • Ensure all output is on-brand, on-message, and optimised for platform best practices.
  • Support influencer partnerships, community management, and audience engagement activity as required.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track campaign performance using analytics and social listening tools.
  • Produce clear, accurate reports with insights and recommendations for optimisation.
  • Monitor conversations and engagement, responding in accordance with client community management guidelines.
  • Identify and escalate risks or opportunities promptly to senior team members.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with client contacts.
  • Attend client meetings and present updates or performance insights as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with Creative, Paid Media, Analytics, and Client Services teams to ensure cohesive campaign delivery.
  • Contribute ideas and feedback to help clients improve performance and achieve business objectives.
  • Provide strategic input and actionable recommendations to enhance client outcomes and strengthen campaign performance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
