ABOUT US

Join our boutique social media marketing agency based in the heart of Fulham! We’re a young, female-founded agency working with an exciting mix of brands, businesses, and high-profile clients across London, including some incredible A-list talent. We’re looking for an experienced, creative, and highly social-first Social Media Manager to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves social media, understands what makes great content, and is confident managing their own portfolio of client accounts from strategy through to execution.

THE ROLE

You’ll take ownership of your own social media clients, managing the day-to-day relationship while working closely with our wider creative and social team. You’ll be involved in everything from brainstorming concepts and building monthly content plans to attending shoots, capturing iPhone content, editing Reels, writing copy, scheduling posts, engaging with communities, and analyzing performance. We’re looking for someone who is equally comfortable speaking to a client, coming up with a strong content idea, and getting behind the camera to make it happen.

A huge part of this role is content creation. We’re looking for someone who is brilliant at capturing high-quality, natural, and engaging content on an iPhone and can turn that footage into polished, social-first Reels and TikToks. You should know your way around CapCut inside out and be confident using transitions, sound effects, text, music, pacing, and different editing techniques to make content that people actually want to watch.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Creation, UGC & Editing

  • Capture high-quality, social-first content for clients using an iPhone, with a strong understanding of framing, lighting, movement, and storytelling.
  • Create natural, engaging UGC-style content that feels native to Instagram and TikTok rather than overly produced.
  • Edit high-quality Reels, TikToks, and short-form videos using CapCut.
  • Confidently use transitions, sound effects, music, text overlays, captions, speed changes, cuts, and other editing techniques to make videos engaging and polished.
  • Understand pacing, hooks, and retention, and how to structure a video to keep audiences watching.
  • Turn trends and references into original ideas that work for individual client brands.
  • Attend client shoots and confidently direct or capture content when required.
  • Work alongside our in-house videographers and editors on larger-scale content shoots.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
