Social Media Manager
We are looking for a strategic and creative Social Media Manager to shape a global social media presence and build a highly engaged community of travellers. In this role, you will turn consumer insights, cultural trends, and business priorities into impactful, platform-native social strategies. You will own the content planning process across key platforms while identifying opportunities for timely and culturally relevant conversations. Working closely with content creators, producers, agencies, PR, and customer support teams, you will ensure social activity is both creative and strategically aligned. You will use social listening, sentiment analysis, and performance data to continuously improve content and demonstrate impact. This is an opportunity to influence a fast-growing global brand in a fully remote, international environment.
Accountabilities
- Develop and execute scalable, multi-platform social media strategies based on consumer insights, cultural trends, audience behaviours, and business objectives.
- Build and evolve community management frameworks that encourage meaningful engagement across TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, YouTube, and relevant online communities.
- Own the end-to-end social content calendar, balancing evergreen campaigns, cultural moments, planned initiatives, and reactive opportunities.
- Translate strategic priorities into clear, actionable creative briefs that enable content creators, producers, and external agencies to deliver high-impact work.
- Guide and collaborate with social content producers, creators, and agency partners to ensure content remains platform-native, relevant, and aligned with the broader strategy.
- Monitor social conversations, audience sentiment, trends, and performance metrics to identify opportunities and continuously optimize the social strategy.
- Use analytics and social listening insights to evaluate performance, demonstrate ROI, and inform future campaigns and content decisions.
- Lead social media crisis management strategies, coordinating with PR, Customer Support, and other internal stakeholders to protect brand reputation.
- Stay ahead of emerging social behaviours, formats, platforms, creator trends, and technologies that could strengthen audience growth and engagement.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
