About Linzi Shoes

Linzi Shoes is a leading UK fashion footwear brand known for delivering stylish, trend-led shoes that our customers love. As we continue to grow, we are investing in transforming our social media presence into a premium, brand-led experience that reflects the quality of our products and strengthens our position within the fashion industry.

We are looking for an experienced, ambitious, and creative Social Media Manager to build, lead, and develop our social media department from the ground up. This is a senior role for someone who can create a long-term social media vision, manage a growing content team, and elevate Linzi Shoes across all social platforms.

The Role

This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of Linzi Shoes’ entire social media function. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that establishes a consistent, premium brand identity across all platforms.

You will manage and mentor Linzi Shoes' Content Creators, overseeing the planning, creation, and execution of all social content while helping to grow and develop the team as the business continues to expand. Your focus will be on transforming our channels into a polished, aspirational fashion destination that appeals to a more mature target audience while continuing to drive engagement, awareness, and sales.

You will oversee Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube, ensuring each platform has a clear purpose, tailored content strategy, and consistent brand presence. Working closely with the Head of Brand, Marketing team, and in-house photographer, you will lead campaign planning, organise content shoots, manage production schedules, analyse performance, and continuously evolve the department as the business grows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the overall social media strategy for Linzi Shoes, building and leading the department from the ground up.
  • Manage and mentor Content Creators, providing direction, feedback, and support to ensure all content meets brand standards.
  • Own and manage Linzi Shoes’ social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Create a premium, cohesive social media identity that reflects the Linzi brand and appeals to a more mature fashion audience.
  • Develop platform-specific strategies, understanding the unique audience, content style, and algorithms for each channel.
  • Plan and oversee all content production, ensuring a consistent pipeline of engaging and commercially effective content.
  • Create, film, edit, and publish high-quality video and photographic content for organic social media and paid advertising.
  • Lead creative direction for campaigns, product launches, seasonal collections, and key brand moments.
  • Book models, organise content days, style looks, and coordinate shoot schedules with the in-house photographer and wider marketing team.
  • Build and manage a structured content calendar across all social channels, ensuring campaigns, Stories, launches, and promotional activity are planned well in advance.
  • Ensure all content maintains a consistent tone of voice and premium visual identity across every platform.
  • Analyse social media performance, reporting on key metrics and using insights to continually improve strategy, engagement, and growth.
  • Identify opportunities to grow brand awareness, community engagement, and conversion through innovative content and social-first campaigns.
  • Stay ahead of fashion trends, consumer behaviour, platform developments, and algorithm changes to keep Linzi at the forefront of social media.
  • Confidently present products on camera when required and direct talent during shoots.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider marketing team to ensure social media activity aligns with broader business objectives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
