About Arch Creative

We are Arch Creative, an independent design and marketing agency based in Leicester’s Cultural Quarter. For over 20 years, we’ve been delivering bold, high-impact creative campaigns, brand identities, and digital experiences for a diverse range of clients.

We create content that flies - and feels relevant and distinctive for each platform. Social media moves fast. We move with it. As a social media agency, we build social media strategies that go beyond posting - combining creative content creation, community management and influencer partnerships to grow audiences.

We’re on the lookout for a passionate, highly energetic, and ambitious Social Media Manager to take full ownership of our clients' social channels and help shape how brands talk to their audiences online.

Time to give your career a lift.

About the Role

This is a fast-paced, hands-on position for a dynamic digital native who lives and breathes social media trends, understands channel algorithms inside out, and thrives on producing engaging content.

You’ll be working directly with client stakeholders, taking ideas from initial creative brainstorms through to production, scheduling, and community engagement.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
