Social Media Manager / Executive
Stratford-upon-Avon | Hybrid | £35,000–£45,000 DOE
Pitch is delighted to be partnering with a fantastic global consumer brand, operating across the UK, Europe, USA and Australasia.
We’re looking for a Social Media Manager/Executive with genuine passion and knowledge of social media, a mature and commercially minded approach, and the ability to work quickly, accurately and creatively.
This is a broad role covering organic social, content, community management and consumer insight, with the opportunity to genuinely influence how the brand communicates with its audiences.
The Role
You’ll lead the organic social presence across multiple brands, creating and curating engaging content, managing content calendars and responding to relevant cultural and reactive opportunities.
A key part of the role will be community listening. You won’t just be the voice of the brand — you’ll bring the voice of the consumer into the business. You’ll be naturally curious about what people are talking about, spotting emerging conversations and shifts in consumer attitudes, then turning those observations into useful insight for the wider marketing, brand and product teams.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You’ll work closely with the wider marketing and brand teams, reporting on performance, sharing insight and helping shape future activity.

The Culture?
It’s good! The team have worked hard to create a supportive, engaging and genuinely rewarding culture. There are regular company-wide rewards and get-togethers, alongside quarterly individual incentives, so there’s plenty going on outside of the day-to-day role.
They also offer flexible hybrid working, giving you the choice to split your time between working from home and their beautiful Stratford-upon-Avon offices. The offices can be a little tricky to reach via public transport, so you’ll just need to be able to get there on a semi-regular basis.
