We’re looking for a confident, creative and seriously organised Social Media Manager to take Chilled Pubs’ social media to the next level.
You’ll be out in our pubs, capturing the food, people, atmosphere and personality that make Chilled Pubs what it is — and turning it into content people actually want to watch, share and engage with.
You’ll report directly to our Marketing Manager but be responsible for owning the process from strategy through to doing — planning, creating, filming, editing, publishing and engaging with our audience.
About Chilled Pubs
We’re Chilled Pubs — seven food-led gastro pubs across the Midlands, built around seriously good food, warm hospitality and teams full of personality.
Our mission is to Inspire Togetherness 💫
We want our social media to bring that to life.

You’ll be responsible for:
- Developing and delivering our social media strategy
- Planning content and managing content calendars
- Travelling to our pubs to capture food, people, events and experiences
- Creating Reels, TikToks, Stories, carousels, static posts and other social content
- Filming, editing, writing captions and scheduling content
- Responding to comments and engaging with our audience
- Reposting content to Stories
- Keeping up with trends, sounds and new platform features
- Reviewing performance and using insights to improve future content
- Working closely with our pub teams to find and create great stories
- Bringing new ideas to grow our channels and strengthen the Chilled Pubs brand online

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
