Social Media Manager

We're looking for a Social Media Manager who can help take social from a channel that supports the brand to a channel that actively drives engagement, trust, acquisition and retention.

This isn't a role for someone who wants to simply follow a content calendar. We're looking for someone who can shape strategy, challenge thinking, spot opportunities and then roll their sleeves up and make things happen.

Client Details

You'll be joining a marketing team that's evolving. The business is investing in its brand, broadening its audience and modernising the way it connects with customers. Social has a huge role to play in that journey.

This is a business going through positive change, which means not everything is perfectly established. You'll need the confidence to challenge, the persistence to keep moving things forward and the energy to help others see what's possible through social.

Description

You'll own our social media strategy across key channels, helping build stronger connections with both consumer and business audiences.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
