Social Media Manager
London | £50,000 + Benefits
Are you a data-driven social media professional with a passion for creating high-performing campaigns and building engaging digital communities? We're recruiting for a Social Media Manager to join a premium, customer-centric organisation operating within the healthcare and hospitality sector. This is an opportunity to take ownership of social media strategy across multiple brands, combining creative storytelling with performance-driven lead generation.
The Role
Reporting into senior leadership, you'll be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, lead generation and commercial growth. You'll oversee both paid and organic social activity, ensuring campaigns are optimised for performance while maintaining a consistent and engaging brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver social media strategies across multiple brands.
- Own paid social campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn, driving lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Manage audience targeting, segmentation, retargeting and performance optimisation.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, ROI and lead quality, making data-driven recommendations.
- Create and manage content calendars across key social channels.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver engaging content and campaigns.
- Travel between London locations to capture content and support social activity.
- Analyse performance metrics and produce regular reports and insights.
- Stay ahead of platform developments, social trends and emerging opportunities.

About You
We're looking for someone who combines strong social media expertise with a commercial, performance-focused mindset. You will ideally have:
- Experience in a Social Media Manager, Senior Social Media Manager, Paid Social Manager or similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience running LinkedIn lead generation campaigns.
- Proven success delivering lead generation, CPL and ROI improvements.
- Experience with audience segmentation, retargeting and conversion optimisation.
- Strong understanding of paid and organic social strategies.
- Excellent content planning, stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience reporting on campaign performance and social media effectiveness.

Desirable
- Experience within healthcare, wellness, hospitality, lifestyle or other premium consumer-focused sectors.
- Knowledge of CRM integration and customer journey marketing.
- Experience creating content across multiple social platforms.
