MeMo is an integrated hospitality marketing agency, looking to hire a Social Media Manager to join our Creative team & to work with some of the leading names in the industry including Pizza Pilgrims, The Dusty Knuckle, Roti King, Ole & Steen, Bancone and The Pig Hotels.

We're looking for someone who lives and breathes social-first content, combines sharp strategic thinking with creative flair, and gets a genuine kick out of building brands one platform at a time. This role sits at the heart of the agency, reporting to our Head of Social.

What you'll do

  • Lead social strategies for a portfolio of hospitality clients, working alongside Client Services, Content Creators and Design
  • Own content calendars end to end - concept & editorial direction, grid planning, scroll-stopping copy
  • Get hands-on directing our range of creators on shoots, edits and ultimate content creation
  • Be the go-to for our clients - leading meetings, sharing strategy & ideation, walking through reporting and keeping them inspired
  • Track performance consistently, test new formats, and stay ahead of every trend and platform update

What we're looking for

  • 3-5 years managing social accounts in an agency or brand setting : ideally hospitality, food, drink or lifestyle
  • Confidence owning client relationships and advising on strategy, performance and best practice
  • A commercial head, a creative heart, and a real love of social
  • Someone hands-on, highly organised, and ready to get stuck into agency life

Salary: £35,000 - £42,000 depending on experience
