About RNKX
RNKX is The Digital Performance Sport — a newly launched fitness app that turns the training you’re already doing into competition through points, rankings, divisions and promotion/relegation.
We’re looking for a hands-on Social Content Manager to take ownership of our day-to-day content across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
What you’ll own
- Plan and manage the weekly/monthly content calendar
- Write hooks, captions and short-form scripts in the RNKX tone of voice
- Lightly edit Reels/TikToks
- Turn raw founder and UGC footage into finished content
- Create simple statics and carousels
- Schedule and publish content across Instagram and TikTok
- Brief, coordinate and manage UGC creators
- Repurpose content into different hooks, cuts and formats
- Track performance and identify what’s actually working
- React quickly to trends and opportunities

You need to understand short-form social content - strong hooks, retention, storytelling and what makes someone stop scrolling.

You should be proactive and able to take an idea and run with it without needing a detailed brief every time.
Experience & a strong interest in fitness, running, HYROX, hybrid training or gym culture is a big advantage.
