Digital & Social Media Manager | London | £36,000
I’m working on a really interesting opportunity for a Digital & Social Media Manager to join a creative team in London.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants genuine ownership across digital and social — from ideation and content planning, through to scheduling and publishing across multiple platforms, right through to reporting, analytics and optimisation.
You’ll be working on some genuinely exciting international sporting projects, with a mix of strategy, creativity, content, digital and client management.
In a nutshell 🥜🥜
- Developing digital and social strategies and content plans
- Owning content calendars, planning and scheduling across multiple social platforms
- Taking ideas from initial concept through to execution, publishing and reporting
- Developing platform-specific content for channels including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and X
- Understanding how audiences behave across different platforms and adapting content accordingly
- Using social analytics, audience insights and campaign data to measure performance and identify opportunities
- Working with social publishing, monitoring and reporting tools to manage and optimise activity
- Keeping on top of platform developments, social trends, emerging formats and best practice
- Creating and overseeing reactive and real-time content
- Supporting live sporting events, helping plan and deliver social/digital coverage before, during and after events
- Managing fast-moving content around live moments, breaking news, results, athletes and sporting stories
- Building strong client relationships and managing key stakeholders throughout projects

Client communication and stakeholder management are a big part of this role, so I’m looking for someone who is confident dealing directly with clients, can communicate ideas and recommendations clearly, and is comfortable taking ownership of projects from start to finish.
What I’m looking for:
- 2–4 years’ experience in digital and social media
- Someone who is genuinely passionate about sport
- Experience managing content across multiple social platforms
- Strong understanding of social media trends, formats, audiences and platform behaviours
- Experience with content planning, scheduling, publishing and reporting
- Comfortable using social analytics and performance data to inform decisions
- Experience working on real-time or live-event social/digital content would be a big plus
- A creative mindset and an interest in what makes great content work
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
- Confident communicating with clients and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing
- Someone proactive, curious and keen to keep developing
- Experience working with Middle Eastern clients or audiences
- Understanding of Middle Eastern culture and audiences
