Social Media Manager — Fast-Growing Challenger Drinks Brand
Our client is a genuinely disruptive, culturally relevant brand. Built on personality, wit, and a refusal to play it safe, this is a brand that people actually talk about, not just scroll past.
They're now looking for a Social Media Manager to take full ownership of their social presence day-to-day.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the daily posting schedule and community management across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn
- Develop a deep understanding of how each platform behaves differently and tailor content strategy accordingly
- Analyse performance data to identify what's working and why — translating insight into action, not just observation
- Track delivery and continuously optimise content to maximise reach and engagement
- Collaborate closely with an in-house creative team to shape and refine content ideas
- Brief and manage design and production input to bring content to life

Skills & Experience
- Proven experience managing social channels for a genuinely culturally relevant, high-engagement brand
- Strong grasp of platform-specific content strategy, particularly TikTok and Instagram
- Comfortable working with data and analytics to guide content decisions
- Confident briefing and collaborating with creative and design teams
- Sharp, opinionated, and unafraid to challenge ideas constructively
Personal Attributes
- Genuine passion for the brand and category — this isn't one for a passive fit
- Thrives with autonomy and low process; happiest without heavy sign-off structures
- Sharp-witted, highly organised, and allergic to corporate jargon
- Comfortable having a strong point of view and pushing back when needed
Salary & Benefits
- £50,000
