About the role

We’re looking for a creative, confident Content Creator & Social Media Manager to bring the Partington’s lifestyle to life across our social channels.

Around 80% of your time will be spent across our six holiday parks, meeting owners and guests, capturing stories, showcasing events and experiences, and creating content that makes people want to be part of it. From holiday home tours and owner stories to entertainment, food, friendships and unforgettable moments, you’ll show what life at Partington’s is really like.

Working closely with our Sales Development and park teams, you’ll combine creativity with commercial thinking to grow our social presence, engage our audiences and inspire more people to discover holiday home ownership. You will be an ambassador for our lifestyle brand, “to make every day feel like a holiday”.

Your mission

Your role is to make Partington’s impossible to scroll past.

You’ll create a social presence that feels fun, authentic, energetic and unmistakably Partington’s, while building a growing community of people who want to follow, visit and ultimately become part of our lifestyle.

You’ll tell the full Partington’s story across socials, from the first time someone discovers one of our parks, through to choosing their holiday home, becoming an owner and creating years of memories.

And because great content should deliver great results, you’ll also understand how your work contributes to website visits, enquiries, appointments and holiday home sales.

What you’ll be doing

Create content that brings Partington’s to life

  • Film, photograph, write and edit engaging content across social media, websites, holiday home listings, email and campaigns, from Reels and Stories to holiday home tours, interviews and behind the scenes content.
  • Showcase the Partington’s lifestyle through our parks, holiday homes, events, entertainment, attractions, food, owners, guests and teams, finding stories that make people want to visit and be part of it.
  • Work with Sales Development and park teams to create compelling content for new and priority holiday homes, sales events and campaigns, both before, during and after each event.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
