The opportunity
Antidote is a modern wellness brand operating within some of London’s leading corporate and residential spaces. Our offering brings together gyms, recovery facilities, spa spaces, classes, workshops, events and community experiences, all designed around modern urban wellbeing.
We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to shape our social presence through thoughtful planning, strong visual storytelling and hands-on content creation. You’ll manage our day-to-day social activity, turning real sessions, people and spaces into content that builds awareness, engagement and community.
Instagram will be your primary focus, with a strong emphasis on Reels and video, supported by a consistent feed and regular Stories. You’ll also manage a lighter-touch LinkedIn presence, adapting content and writing copy for a professional audience. Working closely with our Marketing Coordinator and wider team, you’ll regularly visit our venues to capture content.
What you'll be doing
- Planning and managing the social content calendar around launches, events, partnerships and wider marketing priorities
- Creating, writing, scheduling and publishing Instagram Reels, Stories and feed posts
- Shooting and editing short-form video and photography across our venues
- Proactively liaising with our instructors and trainers to plan collaborations, coordinate filming and create joint posts that showcase their expertise and reach new audiences
- Writing engaging captions that reflect Antidote’s tone of voice, adapting relevant content for LinkedIn
- Managing comments and direct messages, engaging with the community and directing enquiries to the relevant team
- Reviewing performance and using insights to improve content, engagement and audience growth
- Developing creative concepts and maintaining a consistent visual identity across our social channels
- Helping plan and coordinate shoots, including briefs, locations, timings and talent, and liaising with photographers and videographers
- Managing influencer and partner outreach, and identifying relevant collaboration opportunities
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
