Social Media Manager
Stratford Upon Avon – 4 days in office

We’re delighted to be partnering with this fantastic consumer brand. A leader in their field, they now sell globally to markets in Europe, USA, Australasia as well as UK.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercial and community focused Social Media Manager to define, deliver and elevate the global social presence across several brands.
You’ll be responsible for delivering and leading the organic social strategy, curating scroll-stopping content, developing content calendars and schedules based on seasonal campaigns, new product launches, and spotting opportunities for reactive storytelling.
You’ll also have full responsibility for managing and developing the community across social channels globally and for reporting on KPI’s and sharing insight with the wider marketing and brand team.

What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a social media role, where you’ve had responsibility for content creation and scheduling and community management.
- Knowledge across all social channels, with key experience of Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
- Ideally experience within a consumer retail brand; global experience would be a bonus.
- A mature and community aware outlook; you’ll love building relationships with your customer audience and understand how to speak to them and build brand loyalty through social media.
- Experience of social media scheduling tools and reporting; you’ll be naturally curious and insight-led with your ideas and recommendations.
- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal and a high attention to detail is a must!
