Company Description

T-REX Network is a neutral, industry-led settlement and compliance layer for digital assets, governed by regulated financial institutions. The platform provides core infrastructure that enables transfer agents, custodians, market infrastructures, and DeFi protocols to transact with full lifecycle control and regulatory oversight. By addressing the fragmentation caused by isolated private chains, T-REX supports interoperable, scalable digital markets and unified liquidity. Built on ERC-3643, a compliance standard adopted by more than 140 institutional members, T-REX serves as a golden-source ledger framework that bridges traditional finance (TradFi) and decentralized finance (DeFi). The company is focused on bringing the next trillion USD of assets onchain in a secure and compliant way.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Social Media Manager at T-REX Network. This is not a maintenance seat. T-REX is heading into mainnet, and the person in this role owns how the network shows up publicly across X, LinkedIn, and the wider institutional conversation.

The remit runs the full width of modern social growth: writing and shipping content daily, running test posts and A/B experiments to find what lands, managing paid campaigns on X and LinkedIn, writing threads and long-form articles, reading the analytics closely, and turning what the data says into the next round of growth tactics. Community sits inside this too: moderating discussion, running AMAs and webinars, and building relationships with institutional partners, developers, and digital asset professionals. The role works closely with the marketing, product, and business development teams to keep messaging consistent, and reports back on what is working and what is not.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Who we are looking for

The right person treats this as a chance to get materially better every single week. They have strong intuition for what will land, they take initiative without being asked, and they are ambitious about their craft rather than just their title. They want to push past what they already know how to do and test where the limits are. They are comfortable being strong across the whole toolkit rather than specialising narrowly: copywriting, paid ads, analytics, thread writing, engagement, and growth experimentation. A real working understanding of TradFi, DeFi, blockchain, and how financial institutions operate is close to essential here. An eye for visual design is a real plus, and hands-on graphic design experience is better still. You do not need to be a designer, but knowing what good looks like and being able to produce it yourself gives you an edge. This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to do the most with it, not the minimum.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of social media experience managing medium to large accounts.
  • Proven ability to write sharp, clear copy for posts, threads, articles, and announcements. Copywriting is core to this role.
  • Hands-on experience growing social channels on X and LinkedIn, including test posts and A/B testing.
  • Experience setting up and running paid campaigns (X Ads, LinkedIn Ads), or clear evidence you can pick this up fast.
  • Comfort with analytics and reporting: reading performance data and using it to decide what to do next.
  • A genuine working knowledge of digital assets, blockchain, and DeFi/TradFi concepts, plus the regulatory context financial institutions operate within.
  • An eye for design, with the ability to judge and shape visual output. Actual graphic design experience (producing your own creative) is a strong bonus, not a requirement.
  • Community skills across moderation, AMAs, and relationship building on Discord, Telegram, X, and LinkedIn.
  • Self-direction in a remote setting, able to run several initiatives at once and set your own pace.
  • Prior experience in fintech, crypto, or financial services is a strong advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience. Examples of past work matter more than the credential.
