Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in London. The Social Media Manager will oversee daily content planning, creation, and publishing across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.

  • Managing the content calendar
  • Writing engaging posts and captions
  • Optimizing performance through analytics
  • Ensuring brand consistency
  • Collaborating with editors, designers, and partners to support campaigns, features, and collaborations
  • Engaging with the audience through comments, messages, and community initiatives
  • Monitoring trends in fashion and social media, providing insights to refine strategy and grow the brand’s digital presence

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), with experience managing brand accounts.
  • Proficiency in Content Strategy, including planning, scheduling, and aligning content with brand and campaign objectives.
  • Excellent Writing and Communication skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging, and on-brand copy.
  • Experience using analytics tools to track performance, report insights, and inform data-driven decisions.
  • Experience within fashion, luxury, or lifestyle industries and an understanding of timeless, quality-driven style.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Previous experience in a social media or digital marketing role; degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or a related field is beneficial.
