Social Media Manager – Unleash Your Creativity in Digital Healthcare!
About Us
Pharmica is an award-winning online pharmacy in the UK, rated 4.9/5 from over 215,000 reviews and ranked #1 across multiple categories on Trustpilot. Based in Central London, we're a fully regulated pharmacy delivering MHRA-approved treatments efficiently and discreetly to over 1.6 million customers to date.
Onevit is a premium vitamins and supplements brand, powered by Pharmica. Formulated by nutritionists and recommended by pharmacists, Onevit brings expert-approved, science-backed nutrition to a fast-growing wellness community.
Together, the two brands span healthcare and everyday wellness, giving this role a rare mix of regulated, trust-led content and fast-moving, trend-led lifestyle content, under one roof.
About the Role
We're looking for a Social Media Manager to own the social media strategy and output for both Pharmica and Onevit. This is a hands-on leadership role: you'll set the strategy, direct a content calendar across both brands, and be closely involved in production, from planning and filming through to editing, posting and community management.
You'll also be the day-to-day point of contact for a Social Media Content Executive, shaping their workload and reviewing their output, while reporting into the Digital Marketing Team on performance and strategy.
You'll need to comfortably switch tone between the two brands, from the informative, trust-building voice Pharmica needs when discussing health topics such as weight loss, hair loss or ED, to the punchy, trend-led, community-first voice that drives Onevit's TikTok and Instagram growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the social media strategy, content calendars and posting schedules for both Pharmica and Onevit, keeping each brand's voice distinct while running an efficient shared production workflow
- Plan, film, edit and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube, including short-form video, reels, UGC-style content and educational pieces
- Be confident on camera, presenting Onevit product content and Pharmica health topics (e.g. weight loss, hair loss, ED) in a way that's accurate, engaging and platform-appropriate
- Manage and mentor a Social Media Content Executive, briefing daily/weekly output, reviewing content before it goes live and providing feedback
- Set up, manage and optimise TikTok Shop and other social commerce channels to drive sales across both brands
- Source, brief and manage relationships with UGC creators and influencers for both Pharmica and Onevit
- Use analytics and data-driven insight to report on performance across both brands and continuously refine strategy
- Support PR initiatives, press releases and media outreach that touch social channels
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing Team to align social activity with wider promotional campaigns
- Ensure all Pharmica health-related content meets brand, compliance and regulatory standards for a pharmacy business

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
