Social Media Manager

Leading Global Luxury Hotel Group | Central London | £50,000 - £60,000

A prestigious international luxury hotel group (Multi property in multiple countries) is seeking an accomplished Social Media Manager to join their marketing team in the heart of London. This is an exceptional opportunity to shape the digital narrative of a world-renowned hospitality brand celebrated for its elegance, service excellence, and distinctive guest experiences.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you'll be responsible for crafting and executing sophisticated social media strategies that capture the essence of luxury hospitality. You'll manage a dedicated direct report while collaborating with property teams across multiple locations to ensure brand consistency and creative excellence across all digital touchpoints.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across key platforms, driving engagement and brand awareness
  • Create and curate exceptional content that reflects the sophistication and allure of luxury hospitality
  • Manage and mentor a direct report, fostering their professional development
  • Liaise with marketing and operations teams across various properties and regions
  • Monitor performance analytics and provide strategic insights to optimize content performance
  • Maintain brand voice and visual standards across all social channels
  • Stay ahead of digital trends within the luxury sector and identify opportunities for innovation
  • Collaborate with PR, partnerships, and creative teams to amplify campaigns

About You

  • Proven experience in social media management within luxury hospitality, luxury hotels, or luxury lifestyle brands
  • Demonstrated ability to create sophisticated, on-brand content that resonates with high-net-worth audiences
  • Experience managing direct reports with strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
  • Confident liaising with stakeholders across multiple locations and time zones
  • Strategic thinker with excellent attention to detail and creative flair
  • Strong understanding of platform algorithms, analytics, and emerging digital trends
  • Exceptional written communication skills with an innate understanding of luxury positioning

  • Location: Central London (5 days per week in office)
  • Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum
