Social Media Manager

Location: Remote

Employment: Full-time

Before you apply, come meet the team.

We’re big believers in finding the right fit on both sides. Follow @_weareevry on Instagram to meet the team, see how we work and get a feel for our culture and what we’re building at EVRY. We’re growing quickly, so it’s also the best place to stay across future opportunities with the team.

About EVRY

EVRY is a fast-growing digital marketing agency working with ambitious brands and businesses across Australia and internationally. We’re a remote-first team bringing together specialists across paid media, SEO & AEO, email marketing, websites, creative and social media. While this role is advertised in Sydney, you’ll work remotely alongside our international team and directly with clients across Australia and beyond. We’re growing quickly, but we care deeply about the quality of our work, the relationships we build with clients and creating a team people genuinely enjoy being part of.

Our values are:

  • Ambition with Purpose
  • Clarity over Noise
  • Human First
  • Curiosity & Growth

Our vision is simple: make great marketing accessible to EVRYone.

The Role

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to join EVRY and take ownership of organic social media across a growing portfolio of clients. This isn’t a role for someone who simply schedules posts. We’re looking for someone who understands what makes people stop scrolling, how brands should communicate online and how to turn a client’s goals into a clear social strategy. You’ll work closely with our Marketing Manager, designers, paid media team and clients to develop ideas, plan content and ensure everything we publish feels considered, relevant and on-brand.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
