Confetti Group | Full-Time | Remote | UK

We’re looking for a creative, commercially-minded Social Media Manager to join Confetti Group and take ownership of social across our growing portfolio of brands: Confetti, Riggs and soon-to-launch House of Kinz.

This is not a scheduling-only role. We’re looking for someone who genuinely lives and breathes social, someone who naturally spots trends, thinks about content everywhere they go and is constantly coming up with ideas to make our brands bigger, better and more relevant.

You’ll work closely with our Marketing Manager across:

  • Social media strategy & content planning
  • Instagram & TikTok
  • Trend-led content & social-first ideas
  • Reels, TikToks, UGC & lifestyle content
  • Polished brand & product content
  • Content creation, filming & editing
  • Influencer & creator research and management
  • UGC campaigns and creator briefs
  • Content shoots
  • Competitor & trend research
  • Social analytics, reporting & growth
  • Working with and understanding creator/content budgets

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has strong creative instincts and a genuine passion for social media
  • Is constantly aware of trends, creators, culture and what’s happening online
  • Can independently think of, produce and execute content
  • Has a strong eye for aesthetics, branding and detail
  • Understands the difference between polished brand content and authentic, platform-native content
  • Is confident working with influencers, creators and UGC
  • Can manage multiple brands and priorities
  • Is proactive, organised and commercially aware
  • Doesn’t need to be told what to post, they bring ideas to us!!

We’re looking for a good mixture of brand, lifestyle, product, UGC, short-form video, campaigns and trend-led content.

A portfolio made up solely of personal lifestyle content won’t be enough, we want to see that you understand how to build a brand through social media.

The role

Full-time | Monday–Friday | Remote

UK only, ideally Midlands-based or able to drive/commute to occasional content shoots and brand activity.

You’ll be working closely with our Marketing Manager in a fast-moving, growing business where your ideas will genuinely shape our brands.
